Items for sale

Just a few notes: who knows Edinburgh Uni rifle range, don’t worry about any moist damage, fungus or anything, all items are nice and clean as the range is nice and warm all the time :).

All items are being sold as is with the best description and photographs given, do not hesitate to ask, I’m happy to assist with anything I can.

All musgraves being sold could most probably use re-barreling, all actions work like clockwork. All sales are being made due to surplus and fundraising to fund newer pieces of equipment or substantial upgrades to older pieces. All musgraves go without sights, although if really necessary, we have a few Parker Hales kicking around.

All items requiring it can be shipped with a little bit of help from our beloved RFDs.

All items can be picked up from Edinburgh or possibly delivered within Scotland, although some quite substantial charge could apply to that since we might end up hiring a car. Posting is not an issue with items that actually can be legally posted.

Bulk purchases are welcome and encouraged! ;)

Most canvas jackets are double canvas unless stated otherwise.

Most items such as scopes and jackets will have club writing on it, jackets have it between shoulders on the back.

· Broken, when pumped and fired, seems to release pressure over longer period of time rather than in one go. In the language of simple people, it does, “poooof” :).

· Broken, the spring doesn’t lock

· More of a collectors item now.

8 – Kowa TS-1 (EURC 2) ... asking price £30

· Great optics, no fungus or dust, as a photographer, I must say great image!!

· Equipped with a standard tripod screw mount

· Despite the beaten looks, no chips or dents in the glass, focuses well!

· No covers

· Standard 20x magnification, no zoom

9 – Prismatic Ross London (EURC 17) ... asking price £30

· Serial, 6747

· Stiffer eye-piece, means a bit more effort to focus, some clean-up could make it easier

· No tripod thread!

· Great image again

10 – Kowa TS3/TS4 (EURC 10) ... asking price £30 , SOLD

· Equipped with a standard tripod screw thread

· Again, great optics!

· Don’t judge the book by the cover :)

· Again, absolutely untouched optics producing a great image, approximate magnification slightly over 20x

· No damage, although it seems to be made for people with quite substantial difference between chest and waist, see current position of the buttons

· Unconfirmed functionality

· One of them has the elevation screw a broken, i.e. the correction spring is gone, hence the numbered screw knob can be freely lifted and rotated without the spring pushing it back down, I cannot remember at the moment, will be confirmed upon request. A minor repair I guess.

· All of them could do with some nice clean-up
